1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tkck ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at tkck.app, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing tkck.app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the tkck Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. tkck operates in English across all player-facing communications, support channels, and documentation.

Jurisdiction

tkck is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. By using the Services, you confirm that you are accessing tkck from Bangladesh and that your use of the Platform is consistent with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Services.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any of the Services on tkck. This requirement is strictly enforced. tkck employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made may be subject to recovery procedures.

Registration Requirements

To open an account with tkck, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of using the Services.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Not already hold an existing active tkck account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period previously requested through tkck support.

Account Verification (KYC)

tkck operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time, including — but not limited to — prior to processing your first withdrawal, following any significant account activity, or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet matching the registered mobile number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until the verification is completed satisfactorily.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on tkck. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts may be voided, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Obligations

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkck username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tkck will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkck support immediately via live chat at tkck.app or by email at [email protected]. tkck will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information on your account at all times. Any changes to your name, email address, mobile number, or payment details must be communicated to tkck support promptly. tkck reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or materially inaccurate.

Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using the account for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to tkck support immediately.
• Placing bets or wagers in collaboration with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Abusing bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information to qualify for bonuses, or engaging in bonus-hunting strategies that violate the spirit of the promotional terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

tkck supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh, all processed natively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank for online transactions)

All payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. tkck does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tkck bears no responsibility.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tkck is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction ceilings. Deposits are credited to your tkck account balance in real time or within a very short processing window — typically under 30 seconds for MFS methods such as bKash and Nagad.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit originates from a payment account held by a different person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified will be returned to the source, and the receiving account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

tkck reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. tkck is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider after funds have been dispatched from the Platform.

Currency

All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on tkck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to indicate BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by tkck. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used for all monetary amounts on the Platform.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Terms

From time to time, tkck offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by tkck are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the individual promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise. tkck reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value independent of the wagering requirement. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, false registration details, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date or validity window. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain unwagered at the point of expiry will be automatically removed from the account balance without notice. It is the player's responsibility to check the validity period of any bonus before accepting it.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Placing Bets

All bets placed on tkck are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections — including market, odds, stake amount, and event details — before confirming. tkck does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been confirmed, except where a clear and demonstrable technical error occurred on the Platform's side.

Odds and Markets

tkck offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

tkck reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit any market at any time where there is evidence of irregular betting activity, match-fixing, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question. Void bets are returned as stake to the player's account balance.

Casino Games

All casino games available on tkck — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios operate independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are subject to their own regulatory frameworks. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

tkck does not control the outcome of any casino game. All results are determined by the game provider's certified systems. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the tkck interface and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the provider's server record shall be the definitive record.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on tkck. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tkck reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

System Errors and Interruptions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system outage, or interruption to the tkck service, bets or game rounds that cannot be resolved due to the interruption will be voided and the stake returned to the player. tkck will not honour payouts that result from a clear technical error, including where incorrect odds, game results, or payout multipliers were displayed due to a software fault.

7 Responsible Gaming

tkck is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a means of generating income, or a response to personal or financial difficulties.

8 Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

tkck does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. The Services may be suspended temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond tkck's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, or force majeure events. tkck will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkck's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to tkck in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or these Terms, even if tkck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

tkck integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard). tkck is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any disputes arising from third-party payment processing or game outcomes must first be raised with tkck support, who will liaise with the relevant third party on the player's behalf.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tkck and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the Platform.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms entirely. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the tkck Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tkck with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. No waiver by tkck of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
